Faulty, damaged or incorrect merchandise:
If an item is damaged or the wrong size is provided, please visit our contact page and we will respond promptly. After review of the item, if possible, we will repair the item or offer an exchange if the item is still available.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. A review will be held for the item and it is at our discretion whether or not the item will be repaired or exchanged.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
